Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

COVID DELAYS

COVID-19 may impact delivery times. Due to the increased volume and additional procedures caused by COVID-19, shipping times have increased in many destinations. International orders are experiencing a higher rate of delays and longer slowdowns. We are so sorry about the inconvenience this may cause our customers. If you need your order more quickly and reliably, we recommend choosing FedEx as your shipping method.

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier. This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 2-4 business days to fulfill your order. However, during releases or heavy order times, it may take up to two weeks to process your order.  We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times.

Customers may select USPS or FedEx where services are available. If you select USPS, and your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office for more accurate information or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. Calling the National number usually results in much longer hold times, than calling your local post office. If your package is marked as delivered but you do not see it, check with your neighbors first then call your local post office or FedEx as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19 there has been an increase in lost and delayed packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional shipping charge will charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

RETURNS

We accept returns on full price items for 30 days with proof of purchase.

Items must be in original condition or they may be refused.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
