Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier. This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 2-4 business days to fulfill your order. However, during releases or heavy order times, it may take up to two weeks to process your order.  We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times.

For our US Customers we offer FedEx 2 Day Express for a flat rate of $15 on orders under $50 where services are available. If your package is marked as delivered but you do not see it, check with your neighbors first then call FedEx as soon as possible. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this point in time we currently offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. We are actively working to increase our international coverage. 

International shipping comes via DHL International Parcel Direct. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination of the order. Please note that some countries limit the maximum weight in each shipment. 

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional shipping charge will charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

RETURNS

We accept returns on Wilt-Pruf items for 30 days with proof of purchase.

Items must be in original condition or they may be refused.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
